I'm Mary. I was just about halfway to my goal weight when our family was rocked by an emotional loss and have been struggling with a regain back to my original SW and beyond ever since. All of the good habits I taught myself are broken.

I'm a calorie counter, giving WW another try for the first time since I was 15 and a spinning and zumba addict trying to become a runner and chase down my healthy lifestyle.
